Garrett Richardson

Landscape Resources was founded by my father, Charles Richardson, in 2004. After Chuck sold his first commercial company (Gator Landscaping) in 1998, he switched gears and wanted to enter into the high-end residential space, to create long-lasting relationships with clients instead of dealing with property managers and corporations.

Fast forward to 2017, I entered into the family business full time even though I had worked here doing various roles for as long as I could remember. I graduated from UCF and received a business degree with a minor in entrepreneurship. It didn’t really translate into what I would experience learning how to run a company. With my father’s guidance, I have gained a lot of knowledge in all aspects of the business through the years and continue to learn and strive to be the best leader I can be for our employees.

My personal info would include a wife and a daughter. Born and raised in Central Florida. My hobbies are fishing, racing cars and spending time with friends and family.
