Larry Lanpher

Since 2003 when Larry joined Landscape Resources as an investor and working partner he has worked in each aspect of the business learning the details of the landscape and maintenance business. This includes working in each division, landscape install, lawn maintenance, fertilization and pest control, irrigation, landscape lighting, enhancements/renovations, and pressure cleaning. As well as the internal operations of accounting, customer service, scheduling, shop operations, sales, developing company policies, and the continued marketing of the company niche and vision.

Today, his primary goals are to develop the sales division and help guide the company from an operations company into a leading sales and service organization specializing in the landscape industry. Prior to this from 1987 to 1999 as President and owner he developed and built businesses in the technical staffing industry placing IT professionals in permanent positions and temporary contracting positions. There markets covered the southeast region. In 1999 with 40 sales/recruiting professionals and 95 contract employees and 18 million in revenue Mr. Lanpher successfully sold his companies Career Concepts, Inc. and Career Concepts Technologies, Inc.

He stayed on and ran the southeast region for Intellimark until leaving in 2001. He currently owns a small IT placement firm in Richmond, Va. Mr. Lanpher currently servers on the Board of Directors for MuniWorks, Inc. A software company in the financial services industry.

In addition he has worked in the manufacturing and hotel industry. Larry graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance.
